Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the product is shipped. Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our return policy instead.
